By accessing or using Threshold Journeys (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the mobile application, website, and any related services provided by Threshold Journeys.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, voice recordings, and assessment responses (“User Content”).
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will never use your personal reflections for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

Important: The App is designed for personal reflection and self-discovery. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice.
The archetype assessment, prompts, and journey framework are tools for personal exploration. They are not diagnostic tools and should not be used to make decisions about mental health treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Threshold Journeys and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission. The goddess archetypes, journey framework, and prompt content are proprietary to Threshold Journeys.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your User Content will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the App or other users.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threshold Journeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Threshold Journeys, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
